Your central grid to record and apply evaluations according to a currency and rate

Global Evaluation Currencies is a central place to record currencies used in your evaluations. You can record the Currency, Rate and Date.

You can also update every item's Latest Evaluation (Management - see link below) according to the matching currency.

This applies a currency grid approach so you can keep you entire database up to date according the latest Currency, Rate and Date.

Access Global Evaluation Currencies

On the main side menu, select Global options and note Click here to view, update or apply the evaluation currencies that are used for your latest evaluations.(see screenshot).

• Here you can Add and Edit the currency grid. Add as many currencies as you require.
  
• Simply enter the Currency, Rate and Date. Note: if adding then today's date is automatically inserted. If editing a Rate remember to change the Date. Once you have captured the data, click Add or Update. You can also delete a currency if necessary.
  
• There is a Check option next to each currency. Click it and it will check across the entire database for how many items have a matching Currency in their Management (see screenshot - the example show 3 records with matching EUR currency).
  
• Update all items with currency: if you select Click here to apply this rate to these items then every matching item will be updated. This includes: Latest Evaluation, Evaluation Currency Rate and Evaluation Currency Date.
  
• Once currency grid applied you will receive a message saying the global update completed successfully. Important: this may take a while depending on the number of updates across the entire database.
